Once you know that you are going to leave your company’s health scheme, you should get in touch with us within 30 days to ensure your health cover continues after you left your employer’s group plan. Failure to do so may result in you not being able to get cover for any pre-existing conditions covered by your old company policy.

If they were already covered by your employer’s scheme, you can add your family to your personal plan on the same terms as you. If they weren’t on your employer’s group plan, you can still add them to your cover, however any pre-existing conditions will not be covered.
